Insurance Carriers are denying and holding legitimate claim benefits from Condo Board members statewide. They are hiding behind Engineers and third-party building consultants to delay payment. While your claim lays stagnate they are changing the rules for re-insurance. One condo that sustained clear damage to its roof was denied more than a million dollars in obvious damages. When they went to reinsure their property the Carrier only offered an option with a 10% deductible. Now Companies require Condos to replace all roofs over 10 years or they will charge astronomical fees.
